MDOT online survey seeks public input on I-94 BL detour in Port Huron

PORT HURON, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites the public to participate in an online survey as part of the I-94 Business Loop (BL) rebuilding project in downtown Port Huron.

Forms are located on the Title VI webpage. Requests made after this timeframe will be evaluated and honored to the extent possible.
Background:
MDOT is planning to rebuild I-94 BL from the Black River bridge to Glenwood Avenue beginning in spring 2026. As part of the project, MDOT expects to remove and replace all pavement, curb and gutter, traffic signals, and storm sewers, along with repairs to the bridge over the Black River and replacing some municipal utilities.
