  • A Construction Subcontractor who enters into a Construction Contract to provide certain Construction Materials, as outlined in Resolution 2017-02, to a General Contractor may qualify for a Subcontractor Exemption.

    Subcontractor 1 Exemption allows the entity to provide more than $50,000 but less than $500,000 worth of subcontractor services in any 12-month period.

    Subcontractor 2 Exemption allows the entity to provide between $500,000 and $2 million worth of subcontractor services in any 12-month period.
