Join the Archives of Michigan and the Michigan Genealogical Council for two days of exploring resources and best practices for your genealogy research. The seminar kicks off with a behind-the-scenes look at the archives and then continues with a variety of speakers and family history topics. Our featured speaker, Judy G. Russell, the "The Legal Genealogist," is a genealogist with a law degree. She writes, teaches and lectures on a wide variety of genealogy topics, ranging from using court records in family history to understanding DNA testing.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's seminar will take place via Zoom.
