This position will perform research and analysis related to rate recovery cases for the Commission. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for working with the public via telephone, mail, and e-mail. This departmental analyst will act as negotiator/mediator to resolve disputes between utility companies or alternative energy providers and customers, as well as perform investigations as needed to assess the issue and assist in resolution.
