Access Restructuring Mechanism
**Please note - ARM contributions due August 13, 2022 (for the July 2022 reporting month) were the final contributions to the ARM. You should not be submitting the ARM Contribution Form for any month after the July 2022 reporting month.**
The Intrastate Switched Toll Access Restructuring Mechanism (ARM) was a fund established to be active for 12 years in order to provide temporary assistance to rural incumbent local exchange carriers due to the revenue loss associated with the lowered intrastate access rates. The ARM was administered by the MPSC. Pursuant to Section 310 of the Michigan Telecommunications Act, the ARM ended September 30, 2022.
