- Welcome
Public Safety Colleagues,
On behalf of Michigan’s Public Safety Communications System, we would like to welcome you to the MPSCS system.
The MPSCS is one of the largest public safety communication systems in North America and features state-of-the-art, digital, trunked technology providing reliable interoperable voice and data communications to 1600 federal, state, local and private public safety agencies all over the state of Michigan, and integrate with other bordering states and Canada.
The statewide system is recognized as one of the world's leading public safety two-way radio communications systems. We are Project 25 compliant and allow for 97% all weather mobile coverage throughout Michigan.
We are also on the leading edge of public safety communications technology leveraging the technologies of Broadband, Mobile Data, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Automatic Resource Locator (ARL), and Asset Management hardware and software tools.
The Network Communications Center (NCC) is available 24 hours a day to assist our members with issues regarding system problems at 1-888-554-4622. Our mission is to provide quality communication services through our expertise, excellence, integrity and courtesy.
We understand how valuable your time and resources are and we look forward to partnering with you.
Sincerely,
Michigan’s Public Safety Communications System
