The 2022-2023 QAP will go to the MSHDA Board on June 17, 2021 for approval. Documents going to the MSHDA Board can be found on the Qualified Allocation Plan page.
The draft 2022-2023 QAP was taken to the MSHDA Board on May 20, 2021 for review and discussion.
Lists of LIHTC allocations from 2019 and 2020 have been added to the Prior Year Allocations page.
MSHDA will hold three Virtual Public Hearings, designed to take comments on the Draft 2022-2023 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The hearings will be held as follows:

MSHDA held a Virtual Information Hearing on Wednesday December 9, 2020, to take comments and recommendations for modification of the Qualified Allocation Plan.
