    PRODUCT RETURNS:

    • Please fill out the RETURN AUTHORIZATION PICK-UP REQUEST FORM and submit to MSI RETURNS INBOX.
    • MSI no longer accepts the "Exchange" of MDOC uniform cothing, "Returns Only".
    • All inquries, questions, and issues regarding orders must be addressed within 30 days of receipt.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of receipt, and in Like-New Condition.  NO refunds after 90 days.
    • Special Order items are non-fundable.
    • Notification by email or phone will be made to confirm and arrange pickup of items.


    PRODUCT WARRANTIES:

    • MSI warrants its products to the original user to be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery for the period set forth for each product category.  MSI shall repair or replace, at its exclusive option, any alleged defective item or component that it manufacturers.  The warranty does not apply to cases of "normal wear and tear", alteration, abuse, neglect, or misuse.  The warranty does not apply to products damaged by transportation or other movement without MSI's express written authorization.  Standard warranty unless otherwise specified.  Contact MSI Sales Department at (517) 335-3771 for further assistance.
