MSP Rockford Post partners with Autism Awareness
This photo was captured at a “Trooper For A Day” event Community Service Trooper (CST) Martin Miller of the Rockford Post hosted. It was arranged with the local Autism Foundation, where a child with Autism, got a chance to spend some time with a trooper. “You can tell by his shirt, his dream is to be a police officer when he grows up” said Col. Kristie Kibbey Etue, director of the Michigan State Police (MSP). MSP is always honored to partner with various foundations within the community to assist with their specifics missions and to promote our engagement and commitment to serve all groups/citizens. In addition to Autism Awareness, our CSTs also specialize in the following areas of prevention/awareness: Elder Abuse, ID Theft, Media Relations, Neighborhood Watch, Security in Places of Worship, Personal Safety, and many other areas. To learn more about CSTs and what they offer, please contact the MSP post in your area.
