How to Begin the Application Process




Application Process - Step One

Apply to take the Entry-Level Law Enforcement Exam. Go to the Entry-Level Law Enforcement Exam online and click on the "Apply" link on the right. You will be asked to create a username and password if this is the first time you are accessing the Michigan Jobs website.

Acrobat Reader is required to view, fill-in responses, and print a form in a PDF format. You cannot save the filled-in responses unless you have a license for Adobe Acrobat (however, you can save a copy of the form without your responses with just the "Reader").

Application Process - Step Two

Wait for further instructions by email in 2-3 days. Once you have applied, you will receive an automated response that your application was received.

You will be contacted via email within 2-3 business days, with a scheduled date, time, location and further instructions about the exam.
