Answer:

The Michigan State Police, Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division will be hosting virtual Applicant Briefings to provide an overview of the PAGP, discuss eligibility requirements, and explain the project application and reimbursement processes.  To obtain maximum benefit from the information presented at the briefing, a potential applicant should have representatives from its management, emergency response, and accounting/finance/procurement operations participate.

Each potential applicant is required to attend a virtual Applicant Briefing.  Please sign into the briefing with your name and agency to confirm your attendance.  Eligible applicants could include state agencies, Tribal Governments, counties, cities, townships, villages, emergency responders, school districts, and certain private/non-profit organizations including hospitals.  As this is a statewide response, potential applicants must plan to attend one of the Applicant Briefings scheduled for their district.  Please see the attached district map.  Should you be unable to attend either of the briefings scheduled for your district, plan to attend one of the other scheduled sessions.
