Raid Entry School
The Raid Entry School is geared toward narcotics raid entry procedures, and is presented with the Emergency Support Team. Seven hours of classroom instruction on planning strategy and safety aspects are followed by twelve hours of practical exercise scenarios, addressing entry procedures, building searches, and vehicle stops.
This training takes place at Fort Custer in Battle Creek.
Officers will supply their own weapons, vests, raincoats, heavy boots and helmet with visor. The school will involve scenarios using both live fire and simunition rounds. Ammunition will be provided for 9mm and .40 cal only.
This course is MCOLES registered.
