His responsibilities include establishing and building relationships with communities and organizations to increase the availability of diverse talent and helping internal organizations become more cohesive and diverse.
Mr. Belen graduated from Davenport University with a bachelor’s degree in management and earned a master’s degree in Leadership from Webster University.
