As manager of the MVAA's Michigan Veteran Resource Service Center (MVRSC), John is proud to be serving those who served us all. His previous positions include Executive Director at Helping Hands Respite Care, Manager for Holiday Retirement Inc. and Business Consultant and Business Owner (Stauffer Realty).
John has served on many boards and nonprofits over the years, to include the Boy Scouts of America, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Michigan Realtors Association, Substance Abuse Council of Greater Battle Creek and the Battle Creek Area Association of Realtors.
He earned a bachelor's from Michigan State University in materials logistics management and a master's in business administration from Campbell State University. In his free time, he enjoys working with wood, logic puzzles, and spending as much time as possible with his grandchildren.
