Reports of Findings and Recommendations from the Office of Children's Ombudsman:

Pursuant to Michigan Children's Ombudsman Act as amended the Office of Children's Ombudsman (OCO) shall release his or her findings, recommendations, and the agency responses to the public.

The Ombudsman's findings and recommendations, and the agency's responses made after October 8, 2020 will appear below.  

PLEASE NOTE:

As required under MCL 722.929 as amended the Ombudsman is required to redact confidential information in his or her report of findings and recommendations. 

Because of this requirement you may see areas of the report that are blacked out.
