Rubio previously worked in the customer service industry as a general manager and restaurant owner. Currently, he is an active volunteer in Wexford County, some of the locations where he volunteers include the Hospice of Michigan, Cadillac Area Honor Guard, as a translator for the Stehower Free Clinic, and as post commander of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 39. Rubio is also a United States Air Force Veteran, we thank him for serving our country.
