AASA invites you to complete our survey!

The Aging & Adult Services Agency at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services wants to learn how older Michiganders and Michiganders with disabilities have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are age 60 or over and/or have a disability and reside in Michigan, please complete our survey. Your responses will help determine how we can best support older adults and persons with disabilities in the upcoming months. The survey closes July 10.
