Project Summary Located at the 13-building campus of the Secondary Governmental Complex, two natural gas turbine generators produce 2.4 megawatts of power. Waste heat from the turbines pass through two Rentech boilers producing steam for heating. Two 1,000-ton absorption chillers are also in the system utilizing excess steam to produce chilled water for cooling
