I-94 traffic will be maintained with single-lane closures in each direction. Local roads spanning I-94 will be maintained with temporary signals during work.
Full detours during work on Water Street and the Lapeer Connector are expected in August and will be announced in advance of their start.
This work will improve the pavement surface of 32 bridge structures, extending the life of those roads.
