Permit requirement for construction near airports
Proposed construction or alteration of an existing structure that is in the vicinity of a public use airport as defined in MCL 259.482 and for all structures that are greater than 200' above ground level regardless of its proximity to an airport requires a permit from the Office of Aeronautics.
