Agricultural Heritage License Plate

Michigan began issuing specialty license plates in April 2001 to raise money for several state-supported causes. Highlighting a red barn, silo and rolling green fields crowned with the sun, the Agricultural Heritage Plate supports agriculture educational programs for grades K-12.

Fundraising plates can only be used on passenger cars, pickup trucks, vans, and motor homes. Motorcycles and trailers are not eligible for these plates.

You can order the fundraising license plates online, by mail, or at any Secretary of State branch office. The plate will be mailed to you within 14 business days from the date the plate is ordered.
