Secretary of State representative to hold Jackson office hours to hear from local citizens

Secretary of State Ruth Johnson today announced that a representative will hold office hours on her behalf from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 20 in Room 101 of the Jackson County Tower Building, 120 W. Michigan Ave., in Jackson.

"We greatly value receiving feedback and ideas from Michigan residents," Johnson said. "We want to hear what they like, what they don't and how we can serve them better. I encourage any interested residents to attend."

The staff person will be available to speak with people about their ideas, concerns and constituent issues. Business transactions can be done at the Secretary of State PLUS office at 1184 Jackson Crossing in Jackson or online at
