Visitors can renew license plate tabs, driver’s licenses, and more
Secretary of State Ruth Johnson today announced that the Secretary of State’s Mobile Office will return to South Lyon to serve area customers on Monday, Nov. 19 and Tuesday, Nov. 20.
The office will be open noon to 5 p.m. both days at the Lyon Township Public Library, 27005 S. Milford Road.
“The Mobile Office provides an ideal opportunity for you to take care of Secretary of State business while you’re out and about in your community,” Johnson said. “Renew your driver’s license or license plate tabs and much more. It’s fast and easy, right on location.”
Other services offered by the Mobile Office include address changes and signing up on the Michigan Organ Donor Registry. Residents can also ask questions about the elimination of Driver Responsibility Fees, including those who have associated debt or a related driver’s license suspension.
