What happens if a customer took the course and passed it on time, but I provided the results after the due date?

Submit the course results through the CARS eServices website as you normally would.

A BDIC sponsor has five calendar days after the due date as published on the letter the customer received from the Department.  After the five days have passed, the automated system will mark the test as a "fail" result. This may have an immediate negative effect on the customer’s driving record.
