How do I provide access for new users in our e-Services dealer account?

Account Managers in e-Services are be able to request access for new users and modify user access under their account.  The account manager requests to add users through their account. The new user is emailed an authorization code. Then the new users creates their MILogin account using the authorization code that is emailed directly to them to establish their profile in the dealer account.  For step by step instructions, please click on this tutorial: PDF for Dealer Account Managers
