Why would my payment be rejected after I just processed other transactions?

The electronic payment system that State of Michigan uses will only allow two transactions for the same dollar amount from the same payment method in a 30 minute timeframe. This is in place to limit erroneous chargers that could occur from users interrupting payment requests by repeated clicking submit or using the web browser’s navigation buttons. If you know you will need to issue multiple temporary permits in this timeframe, please consider grouping them in the checkout basket and paying for multiple permits at once. Another solution would be to register for electronic funds transfer (EFT) by using the “Manage Bank Account” hyperlink in the upper right of you dealer e-Service homepage, the same page you issue permits from. Please note that only the Account Manager has access to setup EFT.
