What are the six transaction types that can be scheduled by appointment and completed in a Secretary of State office at this time?
The following six transactions can be scheduled and completed by appointment:
Driver’s license and state identification card transactions that must be done in person
Title transfers
Testing
Seasonal commercial vehicle renewals
Disability parking placard (first-time permanent or temporary placard only)
Watercraft and snowmobile transfers of ownership
Customers also have the option to schedule an appointment to complete two or more transactions at one time.
