What should I do when I arrive for my appointment at a branch office?

Customers feeling unwell should cancel their appointment and stay home if they are exhibiting signs of illness. Customers will be asked to wait in their vehicle or at a safe distance away from the entrance to the office until called inside. A greeter or staff member at the branch will confirm the customer’s arrival at the time of their appointment.

Pursuant to Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-153, customers are required to wear a proper face covering to complete their transaction in the branch office and are advised not to bring anyone with them into the branch office, unless required to complete the transaction.

While inside the branch, customers should wear an appropriate face covering and practice safe social distancing for the entirety of their visit. Once the transaction is completed, they will be asked to immediately leave the building. Loitering and use of branch office restrooms and public spaces won’t be permitted.
