What does it mean if my offer in compromise is revoked?
If your offer in compromise is revoked, this means you were behind in payments on your offer in compromise or received a new assessment on your account that you did not resolve within 20 days of receiving a Pre-Revoke notice. The accepted offer in compromise is now null and void and Treasury will reinstate any previously compromised debt.
