What happens if I do not make my payment by the due date or I miss my payment all together?

If you miss a payment, you will receive a Pre-Revoke notice on your offer in compromise. To keep your offer in compromise from being revoked, you must make your missed payment(s) within 20 days of receiving the notice. Additionally, you must remain current on any remaining installment payments.
