 Treasury auditors are expected to provide:

  • Prompt, fair, and courteous service
  • Confidentiality.

Taxpayers have a responsibility to:

  • File returns on time with the correct payment (if necessary).
  • Make sure returns are correct, regardless of who prepares them.
  • Provide documentation as requested to complete an audit or review.
