Counsel Conference

The counsel conference is a required meeting in a property tax matter appeal between the parties after the filing of an appeal to discuss the basis of the appeal, known facts and evidence in support of the parties' separate contentions, the possibility of settlement, and the exchange of other evidence that may aid in the disposition of the appeal.
