If a fee is required for the filing of the petition or subsequent pleading/document, you are required to pay by credit card to complete the electronic filing process.

If a fee is required for the filing of the petition or subsequent pleading/document and you do not want to pay by credit card, you will be required to submit your petition or subsequent pleading/document via hand delivery, mail, or commercial delivery service.
