Can I fax or e-mail my petition, answer, evidence or other documents to you?

The Tribunal does not accept pleadings, motions, or evidence by fax or email.

The Tribunal will accept stipulated withdrawals, stipulation notifications (with statement that the filing fee, if required, is being filed), updates to contact information, appearances, telephone numbers submitted for one time use for a Small Claims hearing or an Entire Tribunal prehearing/status conference, and valuation disclosures, if filed with a Motion to Withhold by e-mail to taxtrib@michigan.gov. The Tribunal does not accept any other pleadings, motions, or evidence by e-mail.
