What can happen if I fail to comply with the Tribunal's orders?
You may be placed in default. If you are placed in default, the Tribunal will issue an order of default identifying the defect that must be cured (corrected) and provide a timeframe for the same. If you fail to cure your default, the Tribunal may issue an order extending the time to cure the default.
