Why does my docket number have an 'R' in it?

If your docket number contains the letter ‘R’ (e.g. 14-000000-R-TT) your case was either reinstated (meaning your case was closed and then reopened by the Tribunal) or a party to your case appealed an Order or Opinion of the Tribunal to the Michigan Court of Appeals and the case was remanded back to the Tribunal.
