Language Access Request Form

The state of Michigan is comprised of individuals representing different cultures, ethnicities, races, and backgrounds; language differences should not be a barrier to engagement or prevent participation in its services.

In alignment with 2023-PA-0241 Meaningful Language Access to State Services Act (Senate Bill No. 382) the Michigan Department of Treasury has created this page so that individuals may request access to vital documents and materials in languages other than English.


Translation questions and concerns not addressed by the form should be emailed to Treas-InclusiveAccess@michigan.gov.
