NOTICE FOR FRC MONTHLY MEETINGS FOR THE CITY OF DETROIT AND THE DETROIT PUBLIC SCHOOLS COMMUNITY DISTRICT (DPSCD)

The Detroit Financial Review Commission's monthly meetings for the City of Detroit and the Detroit Public Schools Community District will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024, beginning at: 1:00 pm; the meetings will be held remotely using Microsoft Teams.
Attached you will find detailed instructions on how you can join the meeting by link using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. In addition, you can also join the meeting by using the telephone number and conference ID provided at the bottom of the instructions page.
Meeting Date: Monday, August 26, 2024
Meeting Times: Meeting for the City of Detroit begins at 1:00 pm. Meeting for Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) begins no earlier than 1:05 pm.
The meeting is open to the public and this notice is provided under the Open Meetings Act, 1976 PA 267, MCL 15.261 to 15.275. The meeting is being held virtually under Public Acts 228 of 2020.
Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance to address the Detroit Financial Review Commission should contact Beverly Greaves at (734) 892-6101 prior to the meeting to assure compliance with Subtitle A of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Public Law 101-336, 42 USC 12131 to 12134.
A copy of the proposed minutes of the meeting will be available within 8 business days. A copy of the approved minutes of the meeting, including any corrections, will be available for public inspection via the FRC's website within 5 business days after approval by the Commission.
