Resetting Your PIN

If you forgot your Personal Identification Number (PIN) or would like to change your PIN, now you can do it without having to contact a UI customer service representative.

If you enter an incorrect PIN three times, you will be asked if you would like to reset your PIN. Press 1 for Yes and 9 for No.  

To reset your PIN:

  • You must first verify your identity
  • Enter the numeric portion of your address
  • Enter your date of birth
  • Enter the numeric portion of your driver’s license
  • Enter your phone number

If you successfully verify your identity, you will be prompted to create your PIN. The PIN should not be shared with anyone and should not include your date of birth, Social Security Number or other personal identification.

  • MARVIN will confirm that your PIN is accepted.

If a phone number or driver’s license number cannot be verified, you will need to call Customer Service at 1-866-500-0017 to reset your PIN.
