Underground Storage Tank Authority Board

The Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund was created by Public Act 416 of 2014. The Fund will be managed by the newly created Underground Storage Tank Authority, which is governed by the Underground Storage Tank Authority Board, consisting of the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality and six other members appointed by the Governor. Members are appointed with advice and consent of the Senate.
