The Data Collection Agency Governing Board is responsible for the determination of workers' compensation data requirements for establishing workers' disability compensation insurance rates. One member of the board is appointed by the Governor to represent the Executive Branch of state government. The appointments of this board are subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
