RCRA Voluntary Corrective Action Agreement Model

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Voluntary Corrective Action Agreement Model document was developed so that the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the United States Environmental Protection Agency are consistently applying the Part 201 of 1994 Public Act 451, as amended regulations to RCRA Voluntary Corrective Actions performed at Michigan Hazardous Waste facilities.
