A household hazardous waste (HHW) collection provides residents with a safe way to dispose of unwanted materials that could pose a danger to the community if improperly handled or stored. Community collection programs often provide information about reducing the generation of these wastes, increase awareness of products that could become household hazardous waste as well as providing safe disposal options. Please use the links provided to obtain information about hazards in household products, where a collection program is operating near you and what you can do to reduce hazards in your home and community.
