    The Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RD) administers Part 201, Environmental Remediation; Part 213, Leaking Underground Storage Tanks; and portions of Part 215, Michigan Underground Storage Tank Financial Assurance, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended (NREPA).
