Send an email message to franklinr@michigan.gov . Enter the word SUBSCRIBE in the SUBJECT field. You will be added to the list, and you will begin receiving the Michigan Immunization Update newsletter.  You will also receive other immunization information on a periodic basis. In addition, you will receive the Michigan Department of Community Health Fall Regional Immunization Conferences brochure every year around August 1. To unsubscribe from this list, send an e-mail to franklinr@michigan.gov  with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. Also, if you are  using an older version of Acrobat Reader and you encounter problems, it may be a good idea to download and install the latest version from the  Adobe Acrobat website .
