COMING SOON!

ELECTRONIC FILING FOR ORIGINAL AND AMENDED STATEMENTS OF ORGANIZATION

Look for a new electronic filing application for filing original and amendments to the Statement of Organization for State filers. The electronic Statement of Organization application (e-SofO) will also be accessible via mobile devices. After electronically filing an original e-SofO for a new committee, the filer will simply need to forward a signed original to the Bureau of Elections.  This mail-in/hand delivery requirement will apply to certain types of amendments when filing an amended e-SofO. Existing committees can use the system to file amendments after requesting an access code to the data already on file.

Stay tuned. This is the first step in a series of upcoming changes to our campaign finance electronic filing system.

TV Station Profiles & Public Inspection Files

Search FCC records for political ad spending disclosures. The Federal Communications Commission allows people to find spending disclosure statements of political campaign and issue ads. Enter the call letters of the station and then click on "Political Files" in the middle of menu bar under the station's name. Select a year and then the group.
