The following prices for tree diameters are the maximum allowed during the term of this Contract. Contractors will be required to provide local units of government and private landowners with bids for tree removals, when such removals have been determined by the local units of government. Pricing shall include ash tree removal for disposal as specified in section 1.101,1 description of work.
