Benefits for Life Optional Coverage Program

The program offers you the opportunity to apply for coverage in key benefit areas and continue that coverage should you change jobs or retire.

The Benefits for Life offerings do not replace your State-sponsored benefit plans. Instead, the program offers additional financial protection with premiums payable through the convenience of payroll deduction. You can customize your coverage by choosing from a range of plans that offer a combination of benefits and features that can help meet your personal and family insurance needs.

Coverage Options

The optional coverage plans include:

Accident Insurance
Offsets the cost of unexpected bills related to accidents that occur every day.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) AD&D provides financial assistance with the burden that can result from a serious accident.

Both the Accident Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Plans provide benefits for accidental death and dismemberment. However, Accidental Insurance from Trustmark also pays specific benefits for everyday accidents such as fractures, dislocations, lacerations, burns and many more. Accident Insurance also provides additional benefits if you require hospitalization for a covered accident or injury regardless of other insurance you may have.
