PRIMARY NEGOTIATIONS AND IMPASSE RESOLUTION TIMETABLE
|
As required by Civil Service Commission Rule 6-9, I have established the following timetable for primary negotiations and impasse resolution:
| 1. Friday, September 16, 2011 |
Deadline for parties to request impasse panel assistance if no voluntary agreement is reached.
|
| 2. Friday, October 14, 2011 |
Deadline for the parties to submit to the impasse panel documentation required in Rule 6-9.4(a)(2).
|
| 3. Monday, October 31, 2011 to Friday, November 11, 2011 |
Period for impasse panel hearings.
|
| 4. Wednesday, November 23, 2011 |
Deadline for the impasse panel to submit any recommendations to the Civil Service Commission.
|
| 5. Wednesday, December 7, 2011 |
Date of meeting at which the Commission will review and act on any impasse panel recommendations.
|
NOTE: The non-economic provisions of all current primary collective bargaining agreements expire on December 31, 2011. All economic provisions expire on September 30, 2012.
