SUBJECT: CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 5.18, COMPLAINTS ABOUT BENEFITS

Civil Service Regulation 5.18, Complaints About Benefits, is being issued to reflect that the State Prescription Drug Plan Administrator is now MedImpact. This change is reflected in the chart under Standard A of the regulation.

In accordance with Standard C. of Regulation 1.01, Issuance of Civil Service Regulations, the attached regulation is being issued with an effective date of September 15, 2013.
